Dr. Giuseppina De Luca

B.Sc. in 2008 in Civil Engineering and M.Sc. in 2010 with Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Napoli Federico II. In 2011, from February to December, she worked at the Department of Energy, Applied Thermodynamics and Environmental Conditioning (DETEC), of University of Naples Federico II. Here, her research project was about low energy buildings for Mediterranean climates. In January 2012 she started a PhD in Industrial Engineering at University of Napoli Parthenope. Her PhD research interests concern energy efficiency in building-plant system and the use of geothermal energy. The objective of this research is to model and simulate the dynamic of the system, including the building and the geothermal HVAC system. She is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the association of Chartered Engineers in Salerno.
